Dr. Kumar Sambhav is a premier Consultant Ophthalmologist, Refractive Surgeon, and Medical Retina Specialist with over 50,000 successful cataract surgeries performed across his clinical career. Renowned for surgical precision and high-throughput operational efficiency—having executed over 100 successful micro-incision cataract procedures in a single operational day on multiple occasions—he represents the chief medical authority of Netra Jyoti Eye Hospital. Dr. Sambhav completed his foundational medical education (MBBS) and Diploma in Ophthalmology (DO) at the prestigious J.N. Medical College (JNMCH), Aligarh, before earning his Diplomate of National Board (DNB) in Ophthalmology from Sri Kanchi Kamakoti Medical Trust in Coimbatore. He further specialized through an intensive 1-Year Fellowship in Medical Retina at Sankara Eye Care Hospital, Coimbatore.
